Today we had Pastor Ben Ward speak to the English ministry at NTACC. I thoroughly enjoyed his taking us deeper into what "worship" means with the illustration of the tabernacle. I just get so excited when I hear about things like this, I am one of those people who can't stop nodding their heads and smiling and making noises in response haha. I think the youth group's perception of music as an instrument of worship has a long way to go, and I trust God will teach us all a lot throughout this year.
On another note, I've been meeting women just a little younger than me, who are leaders in ministry. These ladies are so inspiring because they're all doing their own thing. And I am always moved when I see college age ladies aspiring to translate love into service for God and people. It moves me deeply because I see much in them, what I lacked in college.
K, ending this post with a video from last year - a trip with my dad to an aquarium in Boston. You get a look at my dad's sense of humor and maybe that'll explain me and my sister's sense of humor. :) I like how us three girls just peaced out at the end - poor dad!
